Chef Wuttisak Wuttiamporn, a veteran of five star hotel kitchens for more than 20 years, and author of the Andaman Kitchen cookbook, is a famous chef that has cooked privately for many of Thailand’s billionaires. His style is progressive, taking traditional Thai menus and adapting them to become contemporary. Then, in March of 2020, he called Khun Marisa Chearavanont and proposed the idea of delivering lunch boxes as a tribute from white-shirted chefs to the white-gowned warriors on the front lines of the Covid-19 pandemic. This conversation became the genesis of the Chef Cares Foundation.
